The All Canadian Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) of milk
  • 2 cups (500 mL) of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) of vanilla flavoured yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) of honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt and honey.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.
