Egg, Tomato and Cheese Salad

A nice filling salad to satisfy your hunger pains.


  • 4 cups (1 L) torn salad greens
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 3 oz (90 g) thinly sliced Canadian Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • Black olives (optional)
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) herb vinaigrette


  1. Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates.
  2. Arrange egg, Canadian Cheddar cheese, and tomato slices on top of lettuce, overlapping slices.
  3. Garnish with black olives.
  4. Drizzle dressing over top. Serve immediately.
