Pu’erh & Spices Milk Tea

Make your tea with milk for a delicious nutrition boost! Milk contains 16 essential nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, magnesium, potassium, protein and vitamin B12.


  • 3 cups (750 mL) Milk
  • 2 1/2 oz (75 g) dried orange peel or
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) star anise
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cloves
  • 2 bags of Pu’erh tea or
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Pu’erh tea leaves
  • Brown sugar, to taste


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk and other three ingredients to a boil on medium heat. Add tea and reduce to low heat.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn heat off and pour into cups using a tea strainer. Serve with brown sugar to taste.
