Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cucumber, peeled (approx. 6 to 8 cm)
  • 60 ml plain yogurt
  • 60 ml sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 ml dried dill
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Grate cucumber, then place in cheesecloth or paper towel and press to squeeze out liquid.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat together until smooth.
  3. Serve.
